Clock in on the iPad in store
Staff tap their name, enter a PIN and start their shift. You can limit clock-ins to a radius around the store (geofence). Breaks are their own taps and come off the hours.
clockthyme is a time and attendance system for multi-site restaurants in Australia. It keeps every staff member's hours in one place, lets you roster ahead, and exports those hours to your accountant or the payroll system you already use.

Features
It is one line, end to end — timesheets are worked out from the times staff actually pressed, a manager checks and approves them, and the export goes straight out. Nobody retypes a number along the way.

A timesheet is not a second set of data — it is always calculated from the times that were actually pressed. Fix a time and the hours change immediately. Split shifts and overnight shifts are handled.
A time that has been pressed is never deleted or overwritten. A correction voids the old entry with a reason and adds a new one, and the audit log keeps who changed it, what it was before and what it is now.
Roster ahead, copy last week, and see a number before you publish. That number is a planning estimate, not actual pay — it multiplies your own rates by rostered hours and does not interpret the Award.
Staff drop a shift or request leave from their phone and a manager approves it in one place. A dropped shift opens up for someone else to pick up, and every request keeps a record of who approved it and when.
See all stores from a single view, each with its own colour and logo so they are easy to tell apart. Each iPad is paired to its own store, and manager access can be limited store by store.
Staff can check their own roster and running hours whenever they like. That page shows hours only, never money, so a planning estimate never turns into an expectation about pay.
Export weekly hours as CSV, Excel or PDF for your bookkeeper or payroll system, with an automatic backup every night that you can restore from.
How it works
Add your stores, positions, pay rates and staff, then pair each store's iPad. Staff set their own PIN from a link you send them.
Start, break and finish on the screen at the front of the store. The system flags anything that looks wrong by itself — a missed clock-out, or a tap from outside the store's radius.
Go through the week's timesheets, fix what is flagged with a reason, approve, then export the hours as CSV, Excel or PDF for your bookkeeper or payroll system.
